Questions
The ones we get every estimate.
Answered plainly.
How does the free one-day estimate work?
We come out, walk the space with you, take measurements and leave with enough to price it properly. Within a day you get a written scope, a detailed budget and a projected timeline. No charge and no obligation.
How long will my renovation take?
A bathroom runs two to four weeks, a kitchen four to eight, a basement four to ten depending on plumbing and whether it becomes a legal apartment. You get dates in writing before we start.
Are you insured and WSIB covered?
Yes, both. Ask for the certificate before you sign anything, with us or with anyone else quoting the job.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We tell you at the estimate stage whether the project needs a permit, and we handle the process including inspections. Legal basement apartments always need both.
What areas do you work in?
Across the GTA West. Just outside it, ask. We take the job if the schedule works.

Great company to work with! They were professional, reliable, and did excellent quality drywall work. Everything was finished on time and the job site was left clean. Highly recommend for any drywall or construction project

Highly recommend Grizzly Construction! They did the drywall throughout our entire house and did an awesome job. Everything turned out clean, smooth and professional, and they were great to deal with from start to finish.
They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept everything moving and clearly take pride in their work. Doing drywall for an entire house is a big job, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
If you’re looking for someone reliable who does quality work, definitely give Grizzly Construction a call. Would 100% use them again!

Where do I start,
grizzly is my go to for any commercial project.
They coordinate whole projects leaving nothing but satisfaction. They recently did an entire upstairs mezzanine renew and it’s more than perfection.
I can’t wait to use them again for any new project in the future!

The whole team was professional and maintained communication from start to finish of the project. We had flood damage requiring replacement of drywall, taping, repainting. The flooring and stairs were also replaced as well as the doors and trim. Options were provided throughout to match budget and design choices and the final product matched what was promised. In the end we are very happy with all the work and thankful for the transparency and help along the way. It’s difficult to find a company that you can trust in this industry, Grizzly Construction is a true gem! 💎
