A free one-day estimate. We walk the site, measure everything, and come back with a floor plan, a detailed budget and a projected timeline.

Build
Once the scope is approved we start. Floors protected, site swept, trades insured, and updates you do not have to chase.

Enjoy
Waste removed and the space cleaned so it is move-in ready. Work is warranted, and there are no hidden charges.

Walk-through
We walk the finished job with you. If anything is off, we fix it before we call it done.

How does the free one-day estimate work?
We come out, walk the space with you, take measurements and leave with enough to price it properly. Within a day you get a written scope, a detailed budget and a projected timeline. No charge and no obligation.
How long will my renovation take?
A bathroom runs two to four weeks, a kitchen four to eight, a basement four to ten depending on plumbing and whether it becomes a legal apartment. You get dates in writing before we start.
Are you insured and WSIB covered?
Yes, both. Ask for the certificate before you sign anything, with us or with anyone else quoting the job.
